Rain forecast in parts of Texas on Saturday

A slight chance of rain was forecast in parts of Texas on Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.
There was a 20 percent chance of showers around Dallas and Fort Worth during the day. Highs could be in the mid-60s with overnight lows near 50. Forecasters say rain was most possible before noon.
In the Panhandle, skies were expected to be sunny with highs in the mid-60s and 70s and lows in the 30s. Forecasters also expect gusty winds as high as 25 mph around Amarillo.
In central Texas, sunny skies were possible with highs in the 70s and lows in the 40s around Austin and San Antonio.
Along the Gulf Coast, there was a 40 percent chance of showers before noon. Temperatures could range from the mid-60s to upper 40s around Houston. Skies could be mostly clear at night.
In West Texas, skies should be sunny and mostly clear with highs in the upper 60s and mid-70s around El Paso and the Midland-Odessa area and lows in the 40s.
