Start with a 9x13-inch pan of brownie batter made from a family-size brownie mix. 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla Up to 1 teaspoon food color (optional) Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and whip on medium-high for 2 minutes. Place in pastry bag or zipper bag with a corner cut off. Pipe desired pattern and bake according to package directions. Makes enough for a 9x-13-inch pan of brownies (or more, depending on design).
