Goals for 'fair share'
The 'fair share' agreement for the Dallas Cowboys stadium project gives greater weight to contracts with minority- or women-owned companies that are based in Arlington. Contracts from companies based elsewhere do not count fully toward the goals set by the agreement. Here's how the project has fared so far on its goals:

*The percentages are weighted by a company's location using the following scale: 100 percent for Arlington-based companies; 90 percent for businesses based in Tarrant or Dallas counties; 80 percent for Texas firms (outside Tarrant or Dallas counties) and 60 percent for those outside Texas.
