Quarrel leads to fatal stabbing at Garland apartment complex

One man was killed and a teenager was injured in a stabbing at a Garland apartment complex, police said.
The two were believed to have been involved in an altercation Sunday night with a man who is now being sought as a suspect in the stabbings.
"We believe we know who the suspect is, and we are continuing our investigation," Garland police spokesman Joe Harn said.
Hector Vega, 27, of Garland died in Parkland Hospital. The teen, whose name was not released, was hospitalized.
The stabbings took place at the Kent apartments, in the 3800 block of Walnut Street, near Jupiter Road.
