Former Dallas mayor and current U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk will headline the third annual United Negro College Fund's North Texas luncheon Friday.

Proceeds from the event, at the Hyatt Regency DFW, will support Texas UNCF schools and students. The schools are Paul Quinn College in Dallas, Texas College in Tyler, Jarvis Christian College in Hawkins, Wiley College in Marshall and Huston-Tillotson University in Austin.
