DALLAS — A Dallas teenager was killed early Sunday in a two-car wreck in southeast Dallas.

Police said the vehicles collided in the 2400 block of Prairie Creek Road just after 1 a.m.

One of the vehicles ended up in a yard just a few feet away from a house.

Daniel Maldonado, 16, was gravely injured in the crash. He was prounounced dead later at Baylor University Medical Center.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.
