Sarah Palin's tour to promote her new memoir will include a stop at Fort Hood. She is scheduled to visit the Texas post on Dec. 4, the same day as a scheduled book-signing in Plano. Palin says royalties from book sales during her visit to the post will be donated to victims of the Fort Hood shootings and their families.
