Center Erick Dampier has been released from a Pontiac, Mich., hospital and is headed to Milwaukee, where he will fly with the team back to Dallas after tonight's game against the Bucks.

He will not play.

Dampier fell ill during pregame warm-ups Sunday night against the Detroit Pistons and spent the night in the hospital to receive testing.
