IRVING – Houston Texans wide receiver Harry Williams will undergo spine surgery this weekend at Presbyterian Hospital after suffering a neck injury in the team's loss to the Cowboys on Friday night. Texans coach Gary Kubiak said early reports were positive. "He's got movement throughout his body," Kubiak said. "All the feedback I'm getting is that Harry will be fine." Williams was taken off the field on a stretcher after colliding with teammate Nick Ferguson while making a tackle on the Cowboys' Isaiah Stanback in the first quarter. As a diving Williams converged on Stanback, his head hit into the chest of Ferguson, who was falling to the ground. Williams lay motionless for several minutes as the entire Texans team stood on the field. Doctors and trainers were talking to him and giving him oxygen as he lay on a stretcher.
