Scoop: Getting star treatment – or at least as close to star treatment as anyone can get on this ensemble show – should be linebacker Bobby Carpenter. If the 2006 first-round draft choice makes any kind of impact on the show, it will be a first since he left Ohio State in his rearview mirror. And then there will be another glimpse of the continuing saga of free-agent wide receivers Danny Amendola and Todd Lowber.

And: Expect at least some discussion about Felix Jones, the first-round draft choice who has been an invisible man in the series.

No definitive word: If there will be any more in the ongoing power struggle between rookie tight end Martellus Bennett and his position coach, John Garrett. If you do catch a glimpse of No. 80, the self-proclaimed "one of the best players in the country" while at Texas A&M, see if his jersey is tucked in or hanging out.
