Lance: I'm behind in Tour de France work

Texan Lance Armstrong, in Paris to receive a national sports award,
acknowledged he is behind schedule in his preparation for a seventh
straight Tour de France title and may have made a mistake by competing
in the recent weather-affected Paris-Nice race. Snowfall shortened many
stages, which limited his distance training.
