05:02 PM CDT on Friday, May 2, 2008
A 2-year-old child died Friday afternoon after a car was crushed by an 18-wheeler in what could be a case of road rage.
Now police are looking for a motorcycle that left the scene.
Kyle police tell KVUE News that six people were inside a Kia when they had an encounter with someone on a motorcycle.
They began chasing the motorcycle along the southbound access road of Interstate 35. At one point the Kia lost control and slammed into an oncoming big rig.
A 2-year-old child inside the car was killed. Two adults were injured and flown to Brackenridge Hospital.
The truck driver was not hurt. Police do not believe he broke any laws.
The motorcycle is described as a dark color custom chopper style bike with decorative flames. Anyone with information should call Kyle police.
