05:17 PM CDT on Friday, May 2, 2008
Three teenagers have been indicted on capital murder charges in the killing a man during a North Austin robbery.
It happened in December in the parking lot of the Austin Commons Apartment Complex on Rutland Drive -- where the victim lived.
Police found the body of Fernando Santander, 31, slumped over the steering wheel of his company van.
According to the indictments, Rashad Dukes, Michael Jamerson and Terrell Maxwell -- all 17-years-old -- were trying to rob Santander -- and shot him in the head.
