Teen charged in deadly crash to wear monitoring device
04:51 PM CDT on Monday, May 5, 2008
The teenager who's facing multiple charges following a deadly car wreck last month is being released from the Juvenile Detention Center.
Michael Tucker, 15, will live at home but must wear an electronic monitoring device and be subject to drug testing.
In court Monday, a judge told Tucker and his parents there will be a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to the terms of his release.
Police say Tucker fled this scene after crashing a car into a stone wall on Avery Ranch Boulevard at about 2:45 Sunday April 20.
Two passengers -- a 13-year-old and 15-year-old -- were killed.
A third teenage passenger was critically injured.
