Police search home of UT student accused of making terroristic threats
04:24 PM CDT on Wednesday, May 7, 2008
More details have been released about the arrest of a University of Texas student accused of making threats to blow up the campus and re-create a Virginia Tech.
UT police say Justin McCelvey, 20, made the threats toward the campus in April. He was arrested the next day.
This week police searched his parent's San Antonio home where he now lives.
According to the search warrant, police seized computers and several video tapes. They believe a video of McCelvey using a explosive device may be on one of his computers.
Police say they also found a rifle in McCelvey's vehicle, for which, they say, he recently bought a scope.
