Hays County Sheriff's Office identifies 'John Doe'

Hays County Sheriff's Office investigators have identified a man arrested by Texas State University police and accused of public intoxication after putting out a public call for help.

Hays County Sheriff's Office investigators say they need to identify this man, dubbed "John Doe."
The man has refused to identify himself, and investigators dubbed him "John Doe." Numerous calls helped identify the man as David Prichard, 34, of Coleman, Texas.
He remains in custody charged with failure to identify. Bond was set at $2,500.00.
