The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a pedestrian's death on Texas toll road 130.

It happened around 7 p.m. Sunday when authorities say the driver of an 18-wheeler hit and killed a pedestrian just south of Cameron Road near Pflugerville.

On Monday, DPS officials told KVUE the victim has been identified as Linel Edward James, 17.

Officials say the truck driver stopped after the crash. It is unclear whether any charges will be filed.
