Pflugerville opens recycling plant

Pflugerville opens the city's first recycling center Wednesday night.

It's located in the city's wastewater treatment plant on East Pecan Street and will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
The center will accept paper, cardboard, glass, scrap metal, motor oil and other recyclable materials.
