“We have about 190 people that RSVP’d that they wanted to come,” said Rachelle Wilkinson, mother of the quints. “We wanted to invite everybody that's helped us out this past year.”

During the past 12 months, dozens of friends and neighbors have volunteered their time, watching the five babies grow.

Rustin is still the fiery red head -- he's the first to walk. Sister Kassidy is also up on her feet. Kaydence is still a mama's girl. Ryder is Mr. Sociable, and Kendall is pretty in pink.

“I just really thought there was no way I was going to be able to do it, but really this first year has been a lot easier than I thought it was going to be,” said Wilkinson.

As many as 20 volunteers continue to help out mom Rachelle. Her family's in town for the party and they're taking on Thursday's shifts.

“They drink four bottles a day -- each still -- so that's 20 bottles a day. I'd say we go through about 30 diapers a day,” said Wilkinson.

And that's why the Wilkinson's have invited so many people to their home. They want this birthday party to be a thank you party.

A party game shows how close everyone's become.

Questions are posted around the house -- like number 16: Which baby used to crawl like a snake? Or -- Which baby can stand up by themselves in the middle of the floor?

Only the dozens of volunteers who have helped out the Wilkinson's this past year know the answers to all the baby trivia on the walls.

Rachelle's mom, Betty Ann Curtis, still flies in from Arizona to spend about 12 days a month helping out.

“I'm always just so amazed how capable she is so organized, and so I think if anybody could do it, she could do it - and she's done it!” said Curtis.
