An Austin man has been charged in the beating of his 2-year-old nephew and 3-year-old niece.

Braddrick Victorian, 22, is charged with injury to a child after police say he beat the two toddlers severely with a belt. Both had bruises, welts and the little girl suffered bite marks.

The children's mother called police when she noticed the injuries. Victorian had been babysitting while his sister was at work.
