Judge orders suspect in Art Car Museum curator's death to stop driving

HOUSTON -- The man accused of hitting and killing the Art Car Museum's curator while driving drunk was in court Tuesday.
Dustin Poe, 23, was ordered by a judge to stop driving and had to take a urine test. Poe has an attorney, and his next court date was set for June 17.
Tom Jones, 51, was killed just hours after the Art Car Parade. He was sitting on the curb with friends when Poe allegedly hit a parked car. That car ran over Jones, who was pinned beneath it it until emergency personnel arrived.
Poe has a previous DWI on his record.
Tom Jones' family has planned a memorial for 3 p.m. Sunday at the museum.
The service, reports indicate, will involve art cars, bikers and bagpipes.
