HOUSTON—Harris County Sheriff’s deputies were searching for a pickup truck that drove into the water near the Lynchburg Ferry.

A pickup truck rolled into the water near the Lynchburg Ferry Wednesday.

Witnesses said a man drove the truck into the water off of a grassy area.  He was waiting in line to get on the ferry at the time.

Paramedics and the Coast Guard were at the scene.

It was unclear how many people were in the truck.
