08:46 PM CST on Thursday, November 20, 2008
HOUSTON—The world’s first papal exhibit outside the Vatican will be held in Houston.
It’s called “Celebrating the Lives and Deaths of a Pope” and it features the papal life over the last 2,000 years.
Some of the things you’ll find include a replica of Pope John Paul II’s crypt, vestments and authentic uniforms.
The exhibit has been in the works for three years.
It opens Tuesday at the National Museum of Funeral History.
