Early morning fire destroys family home in Northwest Houston

HOUSTON -- A Houston man returned home with his wife and three daughters early Saturday morning to find that his entire home had gone up in flames.

Firefighters battle home blaze in Northwest Houston
The fire completely ruined the one-story brick home located on Mountain Rose and South Wood Hollow.
The Houston Fire Department rushed to the scene around 4:30 a.m. to find the home engulfed in flames with the roof already caved in.
They immediately went on defensive and tried to battle the blaze but were unsuccessful.
No one was injured in the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
