$20,000 reward offered in UH student's murder

HOUSTON – A $20,000 reward is being offered for the killer of a University of Houston student.
Marcus Washington was shot to death in July.
The 35-year-old worked for Halliburton and was pursuing his Masters degree.
Police say Washington’s roommate found him dead inside their home at the Carriage Place Apartments on Wells Fargo Drive.
Detectives say they have no new leads in the case. They are now asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at (713) 222-TIPS (8477).
