FRISCO — Frisco police are searching for 42-year-old Leslie Anne Hurt, who reportedly took her two daughters against a judge's order.

Detectives are concerned about the welfare of the children, who haven't been in school all week.

Frisco police spokesman Sgt. Adam Henderson said there is also "concern for the mental status" of Hurt.

Hurt is a reservist in the U.S. Marine Corps and is a competitive shooter. She is believed to be armed with a handgun.

Hurt may be driving a silver Toyota Camry with Texas license 858-HTT. She was last seen in Houston on Saturday.

On Friday afternoon, Frisco police released photos of the missing girls, Haleigh and Ashley Hurt.
